Duties
- Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
- Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Supervise food production processes to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards within the kitchen.
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills and teamwork.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage kitchen budgets effectively.
