Fantastic career opportunity at our Your Move Branch in Swinton as we are looking to recruit a new Estate Agent to join our branch on a full time, permanent basis.

This branch is part of
National Home Move
who are a netw ork of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

As a Negotiator You Will

  • Register Customers and carry out property matches for Sales properties.
  • Generate and conduct property viewings.
  • Negotiate offers between all parties.
  • Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
  • Display excellent customer service at all times.

Industry experience is not essential for this post as full training will be given; however we will be
requiring relevant transferrable skills in customer service, Sales and targeted environments.
In Return We Offer

  • On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £25,000 per annum
  • 6 months guaranteed commission pay.
  • 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota.

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office based.
