Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Liquourpond Street Surgery in Boston. This vital role involves delivering advanced clinical care, supporting patient health outcomes, and contributing to our mission of community well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced clinical assessments and management of patients with diverse health conditions.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality patient care in line with practice protocols.
  • Collaborate with GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Maintain detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Educate patients on health management and preventative care.
  • Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay current with medical best practices.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner or similar role within a primary care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and clinical procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to make sound clinical decisions under pressure.
  • Registration with relevant healthcare regulatory bodies.
  • Prior experience with medication administration is highly desirable.
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centred care.
