Mortgage Broker

Are you a motivated CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Broker looking for a varied role that combines your industry expertise with administrative and organisational support? The Lytle Group, a dynamic and growing financial services firm based in Hove, is seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

This is a dual role – 60% focused on mortgage broking and 40% providing executive administrative support to the Managing Director. You'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality client experience and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Mortgage Broker (60%)

• Handle all incoming mortgage leads (no lead generation required).
• Advise clients on mortgage products from a broad panel of lenders.
• Complete and manage mortgage submissions through to completion.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and lender criteria.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance and high-quality client documentation.

Administrative Support (40%)

• Provide proactive support to the Managing Director with day-to-day tasks.
• Manage emails, scheduling, and client communications.
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and file management.
• Support internal processes and help drive business efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year's experience as a CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Broker.
• Experience working with a lender panel and handling mortgage submissions.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication – confident and professional.
• Competent with computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
