Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Physiotherapist for a full-time, on-site position at our Bury St Edmunds facility. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and developing tailored treatment plans for patients with various physical conditions. Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, providing rehabilitation programs, and ensuring effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. The Senior Physiotherapist will also support and mentor junior staff while contributing to the development of the clinic's services.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in musculoskeletal assessment, rehabilitation, and treatment techniques
  • Skilled in patient evaluation, clinical decision-making, and creating individualized treatment plans
  • Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, colleagues, and healthcare teams
  • Ability to mentor and provide guidance to junior physiotherapists
  • Organizational skills to manage workloads effectively and maintain accurate patient records
  • Registration with a recognized professional physiotherapy body
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Physiotherapy or a related field
  • Experience in a senior physiotherapy role and a strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices
