Multi Skilled Electrician

Permanent Full Time

Salary £41210 Plus Vehicle, Travel Paid Door to Door and Excellent Package

We are working with a highly reputable and well known facilities management contractor who provide all round building maintenance to services to clients throughout the UK.

Due to continued expansion we are currently looking to recruit a mobile engineer to join the teams

Role:

You will be responsible for a wide range of electrical maintenance works - ppm and reactive, fault finding etc.This role will be working on commercial contracts which could include retail outlets, commercial offices etc.You'll be out and about on the road travelling to your own dedicated sites as our client's first point of call for PPM and reactive M&E and other general building services maintenance. Tasks could include emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work although you will largely covering electricalYou'll enjoy working autonomously, where you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work. Ideally, you will have the ability to confidently carry out a range of other tasks as well.

Person:

You must be electrically qualified and will hold Level 2 or 3 or equivalent and 17th or 18th edition.You will have experience carrying out electrical maintenance, ppm and reactive maintenance worksYou will ideally have good general knowledge of general maintenance such as light fabric and plumbing works.You will live locally and happy to travel throughout the regionGood IT skillsExcellent communication skillsYou must hold a full uk driving licence
