What You'll Do

The Director of Programme and Delivery Management is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the organisation's delivery strategy across all projects and programmes. This position ensures that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives, while maintaining the highest standards of governance, quality, and stakeholder engagement.

The role provides strategic direction and governance across the entire portfolio of projects and programmes, driving consistency in methodology, tools, and best practices. It involves managing a team of project managers, fostering a culture of accountability, empowerment, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

As Director of Programme and Delivery Management you will report directly to the VP of Delivery and will be responsible for day-to-day management of the Project Management Practice. This is a pivotal leadership role that will ensure that we are delivering high quality, on time and on budget projects to new and existing clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategy and vision to build and develop the practice.

This role is ideally suited to someone who has an established Project Management background and has maintained a senior role with management responsibilities. You will be motivated by the ability to inspire those in the team, allowing them to challenge their delivery abilities and grow into a more rounded Project Manager.

You will be responsible for growing and developing our expanding team where you will be a key player in the continued growth of the company. You will have a talented team around you to support you, as well as the support of the executive leadership team.

Experience is required in a Project Management or professional services environment at management level. As the Director of Programme and Delivery Management with Namos Solutions you are expected to deliver to consistently high standards, under the Namos ethos; Big enough to deliver, small enough to care.

Success in this role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance competing priorities in a dynamic environment. The Director will play a pivotal role in enabling organisational transformation and ensuring the successful delivery of complex, high-impact initiatives.
