About the Role
As a Technical Assistant, you'll support the Category Technical Manager and wider technical team in delivering our Food Safety and Technical Strategy. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of product legality, quality, and safety, while driving continuous improvement and supporting supplier and product compliance.
Key responsibilities include:

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as 'Hybrid'. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.
Please see our policy on our Career Site for more information or speak to a member of our Talent Acquisition team if you have any questions regarding the requirements for this role.

Your communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.
To succeed, you will need:
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
