We're on the hunt for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. We're a busy bunch and building a team where we can all learn from each other.

About You:

  • You can handle the heat – literally. The kitchen gets HOT, and so do our covers.
  • You've got a solid understanding of kitchen basics and you're eager to level up.
  • You take pride in your food.
  • You're reliable, hard-working, and not afraid to muck in when it counts.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Running your section like an absolute legend.
  • Helping prep, cook, plate, clean, and the odd dishes.
  • Working alongside a seriously experienced brigade who are happy to share their tips, tricks, and dad jokes.
  • Making great food. Simple as that.
  • Keeping things tidy, following food safety like it's gospel, and generally being a kitchen superstar.
