This founding role involves building the AI-native operating system for global logistics. You'll own problems, shape outcomes, and build foundational systems and customer-facing products from day one. Leverage Generative AI to redefine delivery networks and contribute significantly to a rapidly evolving, high-impact industry.

What you will do:
Collaborate directly with leadership and early customers to translate complex logistics problems into simple, shippable products
Build foundational systems and customer-facing product, architecting clear APIs for a "Plaid for Logistics" vision
Define and build core backend architecture ("Model Context Protocols") to power an "Agent Factory" for deploying AI agents
The ideal candidate:
Possesses deep domain expertise in B2C e-commerce delivery (outbound shipping, returns, or cross-border logistics)
Obsessed with the user, fluent as a builder, shipping iteratively with care, and valuing impact over perfection
Thrives in a high-trust, low-ego environment, eager to help build company values and practices from the ground up
