Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that residential and commercial properties maintain a pristine appearance through effective window cleaning techniques. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Clean windows of various sizes and types, including residential homes and commercial buildings.
  • Utilise appropriate cleaning equipment and solutions to achieve streak-free results.
  • Drive to different job sites, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to scheduled appointments.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
  • Follow safety protocols at all times while working at heights or using ladders.
  • Report any issues or concerns encountered during cleaning tasks to management promptly.

Skills

  • Proficient driving skills with a valid driving licence.
  • Strong command of the English language for effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and address their concerns professionally.
