What You'll Be Doing
You'll take on a hands-on
Process Engineer
role, creating and refining the documentation and technical foundations that allow the build process to run smoothly. From early-stage concept development to ensuring accuracy in production, you'll help define how things are built, not just what gets built.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Writing, producing, and maintaining Technical Documentation
  • Supporting and developing CAD models and drawings for production
  • Managing and maintaining BOMs (Bills of Materials)
  • Creating and reviewing Process Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Supporting Design Reviews with process input
  • Assisting in Product Traceability and documentation control
  • Contributing to continuous improvement across safety, quality, and efficiency

What You'll Bring
We're looking for a
Process Engineer
who thrives on accuracy, enjoys structured thinking, and has the drive to turn engineering concepts into practical process documents. Ideally, you'll have:

  • Experience producing high-quality technical documentation
  • Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., CATIA, NX, SolidWorks, or similar)
  • Experience with BOM creation and management
  • Understanding of low-volume or specialist build environments
  • Exposure to safe working practices and quality standards

Flexibility to travel within the UK on occasion may also be required.
