Connect Grp UK Ltd is proud to be partnering with a leading Main Contractor company based in Oxfordshire, currently seeking a skilled Contract Labourer to join their team for a 6-week project. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience in general laboring and a background in interior fit-out to work with a reputable client in the construction industry. The role offers an hourly rate of £16.50p/h, providing competitive compensation for your expertise and efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Labourer, ideally within the construction sector.
- Background in Interior Fit-out, showcasing knowledge of relevant processes and techniques.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate well with colleagues.
- Physically fit and capable of handling demanding tasks and equipment.
- Valid site safety certification and up-to-date health and safety knowledge.
- CSCS card
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general laboring duties on-site, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Support tradespeople in interior fit-out projects, providing necessary materials and assistance.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Help in moving equipment and materials, ensuring they are properly positioned and handled.
- Participate in daily briefings and follow instructions given by supervisors to meet project goals.
