Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Advisor located in offices in Hertfordshire. The Mortgage Advisor will provide tailored advice to clients, helping them assess available mortgage and protection options to achieve their financial goals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client consultations, analysing financial situations, creating personalised plans, and liaising with lenders to secure the best outcomes for clients. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain excellent client relationships through proactive communication.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales and a strong understanding of the mortgage industry
- Knowledge of Protection Planning and Mortgages with the ability to develop customised solutions
- CeMap Qualified certification, equivalent credentials or ability to complete
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Organisational skills and attention to detail to manage client cases effectively
- Proficiency in relevant financial tools and technology is advantageous
- Previous experience in an advisory role within financial services is beneficial
