We're looking for an AI Engineer to join our growing team and help deliver real-world AI solutions across our cloud platform and related products.

In this hands-on technical role, you'll design, build, and deploy AI and automation features that make a tangible impact. You'll collaborate with our data and development teams to turn complex business challenges into intelligent, scalable solutions that improve efficiency and deliver measurable value to clients.

A typical day would look like the following:

  • Design and develop AI-powered features, agents and automation workflows.
  • Work closely with developers, data engineers, and product teams to integrate AI into production systems.
  • Identify opportunities where AI can drive innovation and operational improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into technical implementations using modern AI tools and cloud technologies.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the performance and reliability of deployed models.
  • Educate and support teams in adopting AI tools and practices.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, or comparable AI integrations.
  • Hands-on experience building and managing AI agents with strong Python skills and familiarity with key AI frameworks.
  • Experience delivering Gen-AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) projects.
  • Solid understanding of LLM behavior, prompt engineering, data pipelines, APIs, and model deployment.
  • Experience with prompt engineering or frameworks like LangChain.
  • Knowledge of handling compliance-sensitive data in AI contexts.
  • A problem-solving mindset and a passion for creating impactful, user-focused solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
