Seven Hills is part of that journey, and we're looking for a hands-on Team Leader to help drive it forward.

What you'll be doing:

· Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to lead by example, delivering great customer service and team engagement

· Take a hands-on role in store operations, merchandising, and maintaining high standards

· Complete store processes each shift—serving customers, processing stock, tidying and the store, and ensuring everything is ready for trade

· Lead by example in every task, setting the tone for teamwork, pace, and pride in presentation

· Help create a safe, inclusive, and high-performing store environment

· Learn to coach and support team members, building capability and confidence
