Boston Spa Academy is seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Lead Practitioner of Biology. This role is of great importance to our work as an academy. The successful candidate will implement and lead strategic developments within the Biology Department.

The Ideal Applicant Will Have

• A good honours degree related to Biology and qualified teacher status.
• Detailed knowledge of current developments in education including the use of the Pupil Premium.
• A passion for education and making a difference.
