We're looking for a talented and ambitious Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade at The Bull, our award-winning country pub in Charlbury.

  • Salary- £37,000 - £40,000 per annum+ Tips (Earn up to £13,000 per annum)

What you'll be doing as a Sous chef at The Bull:

  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in running a smooth and efficient kitchen
  • Help lead and mentor junior team members
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
  • Contribute ideas for seasonal menus and daily specials
  • Be hands-on during busy service periods

About you, our new Sous Chef at The Bull:

  • A passion for creating delicious, seasonal dishes.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a quality kitchen
  • Excellent communication, and organisational skills.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Passion for seasonal British produce and sustainability
  • A calm, positive attitude and a genuine team spirit
