**Freelance Marketing Assistant - HomeInspire (1 Day/Week)

Company Description**

HomeInspire is a fast-growing Architecture platform, showcasing design-led homes in the UK. We work closely with architects, interior designers, and homeowners to showcase their exceptional designs & projects through compelling video content. HomeInspire is expanding its reach across the UK, with a focus on residential design and architecture.

Role Description

We are seeking a Freelance Marketing Assistant to support the growth of HomeInspire. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organised, and passionate about property You will help manage shoots outside London, liaise with clients, secure sponsorships for our YouTube channel, support PR outreach, and handle social media scheduling.

This is a freelance role, 1 day per week, with hours to grow as the business grows, reporting directly to the founder. Remote working arrangements, but being based in or around London would be ideal, for the occasional in-person meetings and the occasional travel to shoots in & around London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential sponsors for HomeInspire YouTube content.
  • Client outreach in target regions and manage shoot scheduling and logistics.
  • Conduct PR outreach to architecture and design publications / blogs.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and client communications.
  • Support content planning and ensure brand consistency across channels.
  • Occasionally attend shoots as needed for BTS filming.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong creative and copywriting skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Canva & Mailchimp mainly)
  • Marketing, outreach, or PR experience
  • Familiarity with paid media coordination and PR management
  • Highly organised, deadline-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Experience with AI tools (such as ChatGPT) preferred
  • Filming experience (camera operation, BTS support) would be great but not compulsory.
  • Passion for architecture, property, and creative content

Contract Details

Type: Freelance, 1 day per week

Location: London-based preferred, remote working with occasional travel for shoots

Start: Immediate

Compensation: Competitive + commission
