Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and client-focused Client Onboarding and Review Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and managing ongoing service reviews to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success with the Care Vision AI platform.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication and project coordination skills, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding
- Coordinate all aspects of the client onboarding process from initial setup to go-live
- Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive transition
- Schedule and conduct onboarding calls, platform walkthroughs, and user training sessions
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, training, sales) to ensure timely configuration and deployment
- Track onboarding progress, address client queries, and escalate any technical issues where necessary
- Ensure all required documentation is collected and processed accurately
Client Reviews
- Schedule and lead regular service reviews with clients to evaluate satisfaction and platform usage
- Gather feedback to identify areas of improvement and relay insights to the product and support teams
- Monitor client engagement metrics and proactively reach out to clients at risk of disengagement
- Assist in developing client success plans and recommending additional services or training where needed
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and outcomes in the CRM system
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in client onboarding, customer success, or account management (ideally in a SaaS or healthcare/care setting)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organised with strong project coordination abilities
- Proactive and solution-oriented with a keen attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems and other client management tools
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
Desirable
- Knowledge or experience in the care sector or healthcare IT systems
- Experience using Care Vision AI or similar care management platforms
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in care delivery
