- Oversee onboarding, handovers, rota planning, sickness/leave monitoring.
- Support recruitment and maintain strong team culture and engagement.
4. Governance, Clinical Compliance & CQC
- Maintain and update SOPs and operational manuals.
- Lead CQC readiness, internal audits, risk-register management, and infection-prevention protocols.
- Manage practice privileges, room rentals, insurance, and ICO registration.
- Handle clinical governance matters: incidents, complaints, patient feedback, and significant-event reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned to achieving an

- Serve as a super-user for Pabau, HubSpot, and Microsoft 365.
- Manage service templates, consent forms, and core system configurations.

- Report on KPIs, clinical utilisation, plan conversions, treatment turnarounds, and operational performance.
- Maintain vendor relationships and oversee contract renewals.
7. Quality of Care
- Monitor care-delivery standards, patient satisfaction, and service continuity.
- Support the delivery of a seven-day clinical service with coordinated enquiry coverage.
8. Clinic Optimisation & Resource Allocation
- Analyse clinician workloads and department capacity to optimise schedules.
- Prevent clinician burnout through proactive resource planning.
- Align service offerings with peak demand and profitability insights.
9. Pop-Up Clinics & Satellite Support
- Support the Sales Director in ensuring pop-up clinics operate at HUM2N's required clinical and operational standards.
