We are excited to be recruiting for Support Workers to join our brand new service in Horley

This is a great opportunity to be involved in providing a better quality of life to those we support. This service supports 16 individuals, working with various complex needs, autism and learning disabilities. The service consists of a block of flats, providing independent living for people that need support, and 2 townhouses ensuring a safe environment for all.

Support may include: personal care, positive encouragement, emotional support, working with challenging behaviours, social/ mental health support and help in the community.

What we need from you:

Are you kind? compassionate and have a passion for empowering people to lead an aspiring life. Are you patient, resilient and able to bring calm and consistency to people who may be living independently for the first time.

You will need to be adaptable, flexible, mature and be able to support our people to gain back their independence through empowerment, active support, positive risk-taking and out of the box thinking.

This service is close to public transport. Drivers are always welcome – there is free onsite parking available.

We welcome those with no prior experience, you need to have the right mind set and want to achieve with us – full training is provided.
