  • Lead our work to influence policy
  • Build alliances across government, media, business and civil society

We are looking for someone with senior experience in strategy, communications or public affairs — with a proven track record of delivering impact, leading teams, and high level influencing. Most importantly, you'll be an inclusive, values-driven leader with a deep commitment to LGBTQ+ equality and social justice.

Stonewall is a leading LGBTQ+ charity. Over the last 35+ years, we have helped create transformative change in the lives of LGBTQ+ people in the UK. Our campaigns drive positive change in public attitudes and public policy. We influence government, challenge discrimination, and shift public attitudes to create lasting social change.
