As they continue to scale, they're looking for a commercially savvy Senior Merchandiser to join their high-performing team.

The Role:

As Senior Merchandiser, you'll play a critical role in driving strategic planning and trading decisions across global markets. You'll take full ownership of the WSSI, planning and trading across multiple categories and territories, partnering closely with Design, Sales, and Buying teams to ensure the right product, in the right place, at the right time.

This is a rare chance to influence the merchandising function within a growing global business - with clear potential to grow your role as the company scales further.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the global WSSI and in-season trading strategy
  • End-to-end range planning in collaboration with Sales, Buying and Design
  • Manage stock flow to maximise sales and minimise risk across wholesale, e-commerce and retail channels
  • Conduct deep trade analysis to influence range architecture, pricing and stock decisions
  • Partner with commercial teams to support wholesale trading and improve margin performance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with licensees and international partners
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and trading performance
  • Contribute to strategic growth plans across new markets and categories

About You:

  • Strong experience in a senior merchandising role, ideally within a brand-led or licensed product environment
  • Proven background in wholesale and omni-channel trading (essential)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with global complexity
  • Advanced Excel and WSSI management skills
  • Commercially astute, with excellent analytical and trading capability
  • Confident communicator, able to influence at all levels and work cross-functionally
  • Proactive, collaborative, and excited by growth and change
