Base Management Advisor (Permanent, Full Time)
As a Base Management Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our customer retention and growth strategy. This outbound contact role is all about understanding customer needs, delivering exceptional service, and driving value through tailored recommendations. Your mission? Stabilise our customer base and maximise Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) through smart, customer-centric engagement.
Salary
– £25,000 per annum dependant on experience
Location
– Hull, Carr Lane, 2 days minimum office based

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to customers to conduct account health checks and offer tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and performance outcomes
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Deliver outstanding customer service that drives retention and satisfaction
- Adapt your communication style to suit each customer, ensuring the best possible outcome
- Collaborate with colleagues to support a unified approach to base management
- Stay up-to-date with our product offerings and market trends
- Manage your time effectively to exceed performance targets and KPIs
Requirements
- We're looking for someone who's passionate about customer success and confident in a sales-driven environment. You'll bring:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-first mindset with a flair for negotiation and persuasion
- Proven experience in outbound sales or customer retention
- Strong IT skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a drive to exceed expectations
