The Role
We're looking for a Social Content Creator who lives and breathes internet culture, thrives in the edit bay, and has a sharp creative eye for what's trending. This is a hands-on role focused on creating, editing, and producing video and design content for both organic and paid social media. You will be the go-to person in the business and marketing team on all things social, accountable for community growth, organic reach and engagement of paid and organic.
The ideal candidate is an extremely creative and self-motivated storyteller who can develop ideas that feel native to the US and UK for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. They should be comfortable concepting, shooting, and editing video independently and love spending hours perfecting transitions, pacing, and sound. They will also need to enjoy being on camera.
The successful candidate will drive how Immersive Gamebox shows up across socials: managing the organic social accounts, collaborating with UGC creators, and ensuring all content aligns with the marketing calendar, seasonal campaigns, and brand voice. This person should have a strong sense of humor (we sell fun), a designer's eye, and a passion for creating culturally relevant, shareable content for an international audience.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production
- Concept, film, edit and post original short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital channels.
- Produce high-quality content for both organic and paid social campaigns that captures attention and brings to life our brand positioning and voice.
- Edit using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools; use Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for design needs.
- Capture in-store and on-location content showcasing gameplay, guests, and events.
- Manage and organize content libraries, ensuring assets are cataloged and ready for use.
- Align all deliverables with the content calendar, brand campaigns, and key seasonal promotions.
- Coordinate, hire and direct talent (office staff, actors, models, etc.) for social content shoots
- Incorporate emerging AI content creation tools (for video, audio, imagery, and copy) to increase output and creativity.
Content Planning, Strategy & Analytics
- Review platform and social trends, content performance, and customer/business insights to define clear content pillars and generate content ideas.
- Lead content planning processes, creating monthly and quarterly calendars that align with business and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with design, PR and paid teams to ensure a cohesive plan and brand aesthetic.
- Track content performance and compile monthly reporting on engagement, reach, and content performance.
- Maintain a structured creator and posting schedule that aligns with brand campaigns.
Influencer & Creator Management
- Coordinate with influencers to develop and schedule collaborative content.
- Manage communications, scheduling, and asset delivery with creators.

Qualifications & Experience
- Tangible experience scaling a social community (personal or business).
- Deep platform knowledge across Meta and TikTok in particular.
- Deep understanding of internet culture and social trends internationally.
- Expert-level proficiency in content creation tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite and canva.
- Demonstrated ability to manage creative projects from concept to final delivery. This includes managing shoots, creators, talent and designers, as well as getting hands-on across ideation, production and post-production.
- Strong design sensibility and attention to visual storytelling.
- Experience managing content calendars and aligning creative with brand campaigns.
