Junior Paraplanner | Bolton | Hybrid Working | £37,000

An established financial advice firm is seeking a Paraplanner to support advisers in delivering high-quality, whole-of-market financial planning.

The role:
Working closely with IFAs, you'll ensure clients receive the best possible advice and service. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting whole-of-market research and reviewing client products/investments
• Preparing suitability reports, recommendation letters, and application documents
• Supporting advisers with client reviews, cashflow forecasts, and risk assessments
• Submitting applications and resolving issues promptly
• Maintaining accurate client records on CRM systems
• Providing general administrative support and contributing to process improvements

The person:
Experience supporting financial advisers is essential and the business will develop research, analytical and report writing skills . Strong attention to detail, confident communication, and the ability to manage workloads independently are essential. Good IT knowledge (Word, Excel, CRM systems) required, with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
