Job Summary

To lead the strategic delivery of Maintel's contract renewal operations across an assigned customer base, ensuring commercial optimisation, operational efficiency, and excellent customer experience. This role is responsible for leading a team of Contract Renewal Managers and acting as the senior escalation point and subject matter expert across complex contract types including cloud, data, support services, calls and lines. The Contract Renewal Lead will bring deep knowledge of contracts/ framework agreements i.e. CCS, billing systems, pricing structures and commercial acumen to aid in highlighting upsell/crossell/migration opportunities to drive profitability, mitigate risk, and support sustainable revenue growth. The role requires a high degree of cross-functional leadership, and strategic insight into contract lifecycle management.
