Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver / Warehouse Person to join our team in Swindon. Based in Westmead, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products reach customers efficiently and safely, supporting our company's commitment to excellent service and reliability.

This is a Fixed Term Contract - 1st November th April 2026

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport batteries and related products to customers.
  • Follow efficient delivery routes.
  • Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with warehouse tasks.
  • Perform heavy lifting as required for loading and unloading.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
  • Valid driving license suitable for commercial vehicles.
  • Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift heavy items safely.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of local routes in the UK.
  • Reliable and punctual attitude.

This role is a part time, fixed term role - 20 hours week, we are ideally looking for Afternoon cover pm to 5. 30pm, Monday to Thursday but there is some negotiation with the times but it is definitely not a 'Mornings only' role so if you've availability is only mornings, please do not apply.

The role involves HEAVY LIFTING

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
