Role Overview
Responsible for day-to-day delivery of major change initiatives, ensuring design, build, testing, and deployment occur within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters. Coordinates multi-disciplinary teams and manages all delivery milestones.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Agile / Sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives.
- Manage milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Oversee build and test progress, ensuring quality assurance.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and stand-ups.
- Maintain RAID log and enforce risk mitigation actions.
- Produce sprint metrics, progress dashboards, and governance packs.
- Coordinate readiness assessments and cutover rehearsals.
Key Deliverables
Delivery Plan and Schedule, Sprint Reports, RAID Register, Quality and Testing Summary, Go-Live Readiness Certificate.
