We are a luxury nail and beauty salon in Northfields, Ealing, offering high-end manicures and pedicures in a beautifully designed space with state-of-the-art equipment. We specialize in gel and BIAB treatments (no SNS) and pride ourselves on delivering an elevated, premium experience for our clients.

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and creative Nail Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a passion for nail artistry, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a relaxing, high-quality AC salon environment. Ideally you are a master in nail art. Our salon is praised for its cleanliness and fresh air which our nail technicians appreciate.

Key Responsibilities

Nail Services

  • Perform professional manicures and pedicures, including gel and BIAB treatments.
  • Shape nails, provide cuticle care, and offer high-quality nail art designs.
  • Keep up to date with current nail trends, techniques, and industry standards.
  • Ensure all treatments are performed to the highest level of hygiene and precision.

Customer Service & Client Care

  • Provide a welcoming and luxurious experience for clients.
  • Advise clients on nail care, treatments, and suitable products.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

Salon Standards & Teamwork

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work station at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and productive team environment.
  • Adhere to salon policies, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 years' experience as a Nail Technician.
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Nail Services (UK qualification required) – this is essential for insurance and council requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-tier customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity, particularly in nail art.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional salon setting.

Job Details

  • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
  • Pay: £ £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Expected Hours: 18 – 48 hours per week
