- Apply sound legal and commercial judgment to evaluate recovery opportunities, repayment proposals, and enforcement options, escalating where appropriate but always with a view to securing early resolution and minimum exposure for clients.
- Claims management. Handle end-to-end claims including new claim intake, interim advice, evidence review and settlement recommendations.
- Technical claim analysis: evaluate liability/coverage and quantum issues using policy documentation and legal principles.
- Liaise closely with insurers, brokers, internal stakeholders and external counsel.
- Uphold Trident's commitment to risk management, compliance, and ethical standards in all activities.
- Deliver a consistently high standard of client service, ensuring that communications are timely, clear, and commercially focused.

- You will have strong academics preferably CII or above/degree.
- An effective communicator with the ability to liaise with internal and external clients in a professional manner; striving to provide exceptional service at all times.
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage own time effectively within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and customer/client service focused.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Excellent team player, sharing in team goals to provide excellent quality and efficiency of service, with a willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges.
