  • Duties and responsibilities related to the Night Chef de Partie
  • Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards and in accordance with the restaurant's recipes and guidelines.
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the required standards during night shifts.
  • Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and well-organised in line with hygiene regulations.
  • Monitor stock, control waste, and store ingredients correctly.
  • Coordinate with colleagues and provide a smooth handover to the morning team.

About you

You are a skilled and reliable, who works well independently during night shifts, maintaining high culinary standards, organisation, and attention to detail while ensuring a smooth handover to the day team. Previous experience in a hotel kitchen environment is preferred.
