Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Intellectual Property Paralegal/Administrator to join our team on-site at our Leeds office. The successful candidate will assist with the formal legal requirements for obtaining and preserving patents, trademarks and designs including preparing and filing new applications and filing responses to official communication, such as examination reports; handling grant procedures; monitoring official deadlines; and maintaining IP records and files.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Introductory Certificate of Patent Administrators (ICPA) preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work unsupervised to a high standard
  • A team player
