Location: Remote with occasional on-site in London

We're supporting an exciting strategy and technology consultancy looking to bring on a freelance consultant to strengthen their client team. The Data Literacy & Change Management Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the client's enterprise-wide data culture strategy. This role focuses on driving awareness, adoption, and engagement across business functions by embedding data literacy and enabling behavioral change.

Tasks
  • Develop and execute the enterprise-wide data literacy roadmap to enhance the data maturity of employees
  • Lead the change management strategy for data and AI transformation initiatives
  • Define and track key success metrics (e.g. literacy scores, adoption KPIs, engagement rates, and feedback loops)
Requirements
  • An independent consultant
  • 5+ years in data literacy change management
  • Nice-to-have: Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, or equivalent frameworks)

- Consultant; Senior Consultant; Manager
