Sales Trainer – Consultant

In this role, you will combine cutting-edge sales methodologies with world-class facilitation skills to inspire and equip sales professionals to exceed targets. You'll design and deliver impactful programmes, both virtually and face-to-face, creating memorable learning experiences that drive real business outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver engaging, high-value training workshops for Peoplewise clients
  • Coach salespeople at all levels to improve skills, confidence, and results
  • Design bespoke training content that resonates and generates impact
  • Use advanced PowerPoint skills to create visually compelling, easy-to-grasp workshop materials
  • Facilitate interactive sessions that bring theory to life and embed behaviours
  • Partner with clients to understand their challenges and craft tailored solutions
  • Stay ahead of trends in sales enablement and adult learning

Peoplewise operates a hybrid working model based on individual and client needs. For those consultants living within the M25, there is a requirement to come into the London office for one working day per week. Delivery to clients is a combination of virtual and in person and therefore some travel to our client sites located across the UK will be required, with occasional international travel.
