Overall Purpose of Position

  • To help grow and develop sales by assisting inbound telesales calls to both existing Collins Customers and the expected increase in volume calls for the Dairy Diary.
  • To ensure the delivery of excellent customer service through building and maintaining customer relationships and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the processing of sales orders and ensuring follow-through.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all scheduled outgoing/incoming calls are completed on time
  • Process all sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure company SLA is always achieved
  • Continuously drive sales to ensure target is achieved
  • Build excellent relationships with existing and new customers
  • Respond to all customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Provide advice and guidance to customers on company products
  • Provide an efficient after-sales service
  • Ensure all customer complaints are handled in professional manner, ensuring a timely resolution to the complaint.
  • Any other duties as required.

  • Previous telesales experience in a commercial environment
  • Track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience working with the public
  • Previous E-commerce experience

*Salary: GBP 23,000/- per annum plus sales incentive

*Availability: able to start immediately
