Telesales Executive

Overall Purpose of Position
- To help grow and develop sales by assisting inbound telesales calls to both existing Collins Customers and the expected increase in volume calls for the Dairy Diary.
- To ensure the delivery of excellent customer service through building and maintaining customer relationships and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the processing of sales orders and ensuring follow-through.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure that all scheduled outgoing/incoming calls are completed on time
- Process all sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure company SLA is always achieved
- Continuously drive sales to ensure target is achieved
- Build excellent relationships with existing and new customers
- Respond to all customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Provide advice and guidance to customers on company products
- Provide an efficient after-sales service
- Ensure all customer complaints are handled in professional manner, ensuring a timely resolution to the complaint.
- Any other duties as required.

- Previous telesales experience in a commercial environment
- Track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience working with the public
- Previous E-commerce experience

*Salary: GBP 23,000/- per annum plus sales incentive
