Your role at Clorox:

The eCommerce Associate Key Account Manager will manage and support the Amazon Burt's Bees Joint Business Plan (JBP), execute brand and demand creation plans, and update regular digital shelf content, drive strong promotional plans & analysis.

In this role, you will:

Key responsibilities will include:

-Collaborating with the eCommerce lead, brand teams, and Sales Planning to implement new product development (NPD) initiatives.
-Plan and Launch Amazon merchandising and content updates.
-Tracking performance and recommending improvements.
-Managing inventory planning, forecasting, and processing Amazon invoices through Concur.

Additionally, the role involves supporting Ever Clean Amazon digital shelf updates working closely with the Ever-Clean eCommerce Sales Manager.

80% Account Management

Burt's Bees 90% /10% Ever Clean support

Support the creation of annual Joint Business Plans (JBP/AVN) and recommend investments. Develop and execute demand creation plans for Amazon BB EU5. Lead relationship of Amazon AVS to drive growth. Lead inventory and forecasting for Amazon BB. Management of BB RR budget, including monthly processing of invoices through Concur. Manage new product development submissions to Vendor Central. Update digital shelf product detail pages with refreshed content. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational supply performance (Amz VLT, reduction of prep charges). Support the execution of Amazon Ever Clean activation plans in collaboration with the Ever Clean account lead, focusing on PDP maintenance and NLFs.

20% Analytics

Report monthly on Amazon key segment performance to the cross-functional team to drive actionable plans. Analyse promotions in core Amazon markets (UK & DE) to enhance ROI. Audit digital shelves and recommend improvements for content development with brand experience specialist.

What we look for:

Required:
  • Candidates who possess a minimum of 2-3+ years' ecommerce sales experience.
  • Proven record of managing accounts setting clear demand creation plans and preparation of account level JBP's.
  • Experience working with relevant eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Zooplus, Ocado retailer portals)
  • Strong background in Inventory management and stock forecasting.
  • Experience of successfully managing/control of brand reduced revenue budgets.
Preferred:
  • With 1 -2+ years Omni account management (Offline/distributor & Online) in consumer goods, beauty, pet care, or similar FMCG categories.
  • Has experience of negotiating JBP/yearly investment plans.
Education Level/Degree:Bachelor's Degree preferred.Technical Skills:
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Microsoft Powerpoint – Creation and edit.
  • Confident using analytics tools such as Power BI, retail dashboards.
  • Familiarity with digital shelf tools (e.g., Profitero, e. store)
  • Knowledge of Canva (online graphic design) or similar platform.
  • Basic content edits
  • Knowledge and experience of Concur invoice processing or similar platform.
