TRC has teamed up with a reputable client that provides excellent food to some of the most recognized restaurants and pubs.

As a Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and verifying the quality of ambient, chilled, and frozen food items, preparing them for delivery by drivers. The process begins with a comprehensive induction, and with the support of optional accredited training-including forklift operation, first aid, and HGV driving-your potential is limitless. In fact, nearly 90% of our managers began their careers here. Therefore, once you're on board, there are numerous opportunities to change shifts, roles, and advance your career if that's your goal.
Sunday to Thursday. 20:00pm to 05:30am.
To become a Warehouse Operative, prior experience is not required. What's more important is your attention to detail and your ability to read and understand English. You should also be comfortable working in a cool environment (we provide a free thermal uniform to keep you warm), have your own transportation to reach us, and ideally possess a driving license. In exchange, you will benefit from job security and various perks.
The Role:
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace, ensuring that any spills or breakages are addressed immediately.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines.
  • Ensure products are properly secured, labelled, and located in the correct area for dispatch.
  • Involve yourself in loading and unloading tasks.
  • Perform general warehouse duties.
