SB School is seeking an ambitious and driven Sales & Marketing Management Trainee to join our growing education and training organisation in the Leeds area. Gain hands-on experience across sales, marketing, and student recruitment while developing leadership skills through a structured 12-month programme. Role Overview – Sales & Marketing Management Trainee

As part of our 12-month structured trainee programme, you will work closely with our sales and marketing departments, gaining exposure to core commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management
  • Assist with digital and offline marketing campaigns (social media, email, events, partnerships)
  • Carry out market and competitor research to support strategy
  • Participate in student recruitment and promotional activities
  • Work with cross-functional teams including curriculum, operations, and student support
  • Analyse performance data and prepare reports and presentations
  • Engage in regular mentoring and professional development sessions

About You (Person Specification)

  • Recent graduates or final-year students (Business, Marketing, Communications or similar preferred)
  • Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and organised, with good attention to detail
  • Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Interested in both sales and marketing within the education sector
  • Able to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Legally eligible to work in the UK
