Night Concierge

Hunter Group Security is seeking a professional and reliable Night Concierge to work with one of our established hotel clients. This role combines general guarding duties with concierge responsibilities, requiring both vigilance and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general security guarding duties to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and premises
• Provide a welcoming and professional presence in line with the prestige of the establishment
• Monitor and control access to the premises
• Report and respond to incidents in a timely manner
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist guests where needed

Requirements

• Good level of spoken and written English
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Previous experience in hospitality or concierge security (preferred but not essential)
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance to Langham, Holt (NR25, NR24)
