Tarka Van Hire is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Vehicle Rental Executive to join our team in Bideford

About the Role:

As a Vehicle Rental Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a smooth and enjoyable rental experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone

  • Processing rentals and managing customer accounts

  • Cleaning and delivering vehicles

  • Managing the fleet and ensuring vehicles are well-maintained

  • Travel to other branches for the day

Qualifications:

  • Previous vehicle rental experience preferred but not essential

  • Full UK and clean driving license, held for a minimum of 2 years

  • An understanding of computer software, including Excel

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Flexibility and adaptability

Additional Information:

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
