We now have an exciting opportunity for an Sales Account Manager to join our growing team at the forefront of this revolution.

The Role

This role will be responsible for supporting customers, contractors, and installers by providing technical product advice, preparing quotations, and assisting with system design for JustHeat underfloor heating and associated controls. The role combines customer interaction, technical input, and sales support to ensure the successful delivery of projects from enquiry to installation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries, providing accurate technical advice on JustHeat underfloor heating systems and related control equipment
  • Review and interpret architectural, electrical, or M&E drawings to propose appropriate system layouts and material requirements
  • Produce basic CAD schematics for underfloor heating designs and layout proposals
  • Prepare and issue detailed quotations aligned with project drawings, specifications, and pricing structures
  • Liaise with engineers, contractors, and the external sales team to support ongoing projects and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records, systems, and CRM data to ensure enquiries and quotations are tracked effectively

Who We're Looking For

  • Customer-focussed with excellent communication skills
  • Keen to develop technical and commercial skills
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
  • HNC/HND or equivalent in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with CAD software for basic layout and schematic preparation

Experience in technical sales, electrical installation, or design support within the HVAC, renewables, or construction sector preferred
