The Role

We are seeking a Classroom/SEN Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning across the school, including working with children who have additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils, including those with SEN, to help them engage and succeed.
  • Assist the class teacher in creating a safe, structured, and positive learning environment.
  • Support children's social, emotional, and communication development with patience and proactive strategies.
  • Promote the school's ethos of celebrating success and taking responsibility for actions.

  • Experience working in a primary school setting (SEN experience desirable).
