The Role
As a
Production Planner & Controller
, you'll play a key role in ensuring the effective execution of aircraft maintenance planning activities. You'll work within a regulated aviation environment, supporting operational readiness and compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with EASA, UK CAA, UK MAA, and other aviation regulations.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities to optimise aircraft availability.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and supply chain teams.
• Create and manage work orders, worksheets, and compliance documentation.
• Support CAMO Maintenance Planning and attend planning meetings.
• Provide out-of-hours maintenance watch capability.
• Maintain accurate records and support safety investigations.
• Support audit and compliance processes, including non-conformance management.
• Apply safe systems of work in line with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 27001 standards.

Experience & Qualifications

• Extensive experience in aviation production planning & control - Required
• Knowledge of EASA, UK CAA, UK Military, and FAA regulations - Advantageous
• Familiarity with ISO standards and Safety Management Systems - Advantageous

• Relevant technical qualifications:

• Part 66 B1/B2 License, Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering Degree, or equivalent

• Aircraft Type or General Familiarisation Training - Advantageous

• Eligible for SC-Level security clearance - Required

• Proficient in MS Office and planning software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
