Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Beauty Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be confident in delivering a wide range of beauty treatments to an exceptional standard, while also supporting the smooth daily operation of the salon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of beauty treatments to a consistently high standard, ensuring outstanding client care and satisfaction.
  • Provide professional advice and aftercare recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
  • Work confidently both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Answer phone calls, handle appointment bookings, and assist with front-of-house duties when needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment at all times.
  • Support junior team members and contribute to a positive, professional salon atmosphere.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, treatment techniques, and product knowledge.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Training or experience in Dermalogica, BIAB nails, or CACI treatments is highly preferred but not essential. Full training can be provided for the right candidate.
  • Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist, ideally at senior or advanced level.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality treatments.
  • Confident with time management and working to appointment schedules.
  • A positive, proactive approach and the ability to work well within a team.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) required.
  • Additional advanced treatment certifications are an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
