Validation Engineer- The role and duties include:

Create and manage validation plans for complex projects

Develop and optimize processes required for new products and equipment.

Responsible for submitting any required report on progress of assigned tasks

Drive decisions on test strategies collaborating QA, Development and Production

Train manufacturing and QC personnel on new validation protocols and procedures

Review protocols, reports and other documentation readiness

Support audits and inspections by customers and outside bodies

Follow up internally and externally ensuring timely delivery of scheduled tasks

Plan, organize, and track tasks to ensure that the schedule commitments are kept

Create and maintain a climate of quality and safety within the team and other departments by identifying and monitoring quality and safety standards.

Ensure information is complete and accurate.

Work well with other team members to help accomplish objectives.

Liaise with external contractors and test houses.

Validation Engineer skills/experience desired:

Validation Engineering 3+ years' experience

Experience within an electrical/electronic background with mechanical knowledge

Relevant technical degree

Experience working within a quality assured/highly regulated environment

Strong technical/documentation skills

Experience within development/test/inspection
