We're looking for a
HR Business Partner
to join our growing People team. In this role, you'll act as a key connector between HR, the business, and cross-functional teams—leading strategic people initiatives that reflect and reinforce our values.
You'll partner with regional business units to design and deliver commercially focused HR solutions, while working closely with fellow HRBPs and Centres of Excellence to drive cross-functional projects. Alongside this, you'll continue to provide expert generalist HR support across the business, championing a culture of performance, inclusion, and growth.
Here's a breakdown of what you'll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales and Commercial leadership, aligning workforce planning with revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Support headcount planning and forecasting, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet business priorities and market demands.
- Leverage workforce analytics and data-driven insights to inform decisions on resource allocation and organizational design.
- Advise on organisational scalability, helping leaders structure teams effectively to support new markets and product launches.
- Partner with our specialist teams including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Reward and HR Operations to deliver people strategy and support to the business.
- Ongoing employee relations management including performance management, employee cases, and policy development.
- Talent management including succession planning, internal moves and global mobility.
- Support business leaders' org design for new and existing roles and teams.
- Lead and support projects including year-end processes, engagement survey, change initiatives, and local business-driven initiatives.
These are the essentials you'll need to get an interview:
- Extensive HR Business Partnering experience, ideally within a global organisation.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and statutory requirements.
- Experience managing complex employee relations cases, including involvement with unions or works councils.
- Demonstrated experience supporting business leaders with both strategic and operational HR matters.
- Deep understanding of core HR functions, with expertise in at least one area (e.g., talent, performance, or organisational development).
