We are currently looking to recruit experienced Health Care Assistants to support a lady at home in Telford.

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistants who enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.

Our client suffers from Diabetes Mellitus, Brain Injury and Rheumatoid Arthritis she requires assistance to help maintain Personal Care, Bladder and Bowel Management, Medication and Blood Glucose Monitoring.

She can mobilise independently around the house but uses a walking stick for short distances and a wheelchair when out of the house

*MUST BE A DRIVER FOR THIS ROLE*

Hours we can offer on a rota basis:

* Monday to Friday

What we need from you:

* Minimum of 6 months care experience

* Holding a Care Certificate or prepared to complete modules with our Lead Assessor

* Have a Valid Mandatory Training Certificate

* Enhanced DBS, Ideally on the Up Date Service

* Client Commitment and Flexibility

* Desirable: Health and Social Care Qualification (NVQ Level 2

* Desirable: Mental Health Certificate and / or experience would be beneficial along with experience dealing with challenging behaviour
