We are moving beyond functional and discount-led marketing to become a brand that is part of the UK's conversation. This is our next chapter, and we're looking for a leader to help us write it. We are looking for a Sr Manager Brand Partnerships to build a world-class brand partnership function. You will be at the heart of our most creative and ambitious campaigns, identifying and executing partnerships that go beyond a logo and become genuine, culture-shaping moments.
Your Mission- Strategy & Sourcing: You will develop the partnerships strategy, proactively identifying and vetting partnerships with brands, creators, and platforms that are defining the cultural zeitgeist in the UK.
- Negotiation & Delivery: Lead the strategy for partnerships that aren't just ads, but stories. You will own the full lifecycle of these collaborations, from initial outreach to negotiation and seamless delivery.
- Create Earned Buzz: Your focus will be on collaborations that generate genuine earned media and social conversation, proving our relevance and building brand equity in ways paid media can't.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: You will be the primary point of contact for external partners and a key internal stakeholder, ensuring partnerships are seamlessly integrated into our broader marketing campaigns.
- Measurement: You won't just track clicks. You'll define the new standards for success, proving the value of brand-led partnerships with metrics that link directly to our business growth.
- You have 7+ years of experience in brand marketing or partnerships, with a proven track record of creating work that turns heads and earns headlines.
- You have a deep, intuitive understanding of UK culture and what makes a brand feel authentic and relevant. You know what's next before it happens.
- You are a master negotiator, a natural relationship builder, and a relentless problem-solver.
- You are a risk-taker with a portfolio that shows you're not afraid to challenge the status quo and think in terms of "what if?"
- You are passionate about food, ambitious about your career, and ready to make a significant impact on a global brand.
